The enzyme activity of bromelain is indicated of GDU/g(Gelatin Digesting Units) and the maximum activity specificationcan reach up to 3000 GDU/g. Bromelain can hydrolyze most solubleprotein easily and efficiently, and have many kinds of biochemistryresponses, and so is widely applied in the medical, healthproducts, food, cosmetics, forage, leather industry and so on.Because it has the function of strongly decomposing fibrin and theblood clot, therefore especially is remarkable effect on themedical application.

Usage suggestion
