1.Description:
Baby food machinery is used to produce infant baby food and someother instant flour products. The raw material is put in the mixerthen mixed ingredients are fed into extruder feeder. The extruderis fitted with: special cylindrical holding silo; vibratory doserwith hopper to feed the extruding screw; extrusion mechanism andcutting; independent electric panel.After the extrusion the productis conveyed till the continuous rotary drier through a pneumaticconveyor. The continuous rotary drier has a heat exchanger with gasburner that allows a better heating of the product and it iseconomically viable owing the low cost of electric power. Case theclient prefers we have the electric drier also.
