Usage:

Use as the first time:

1.hold the bag with one hand while press the hot button discseveral times inside the bag with the pollex and forefinger of youranother hand . The liquid shall turn to solid and release heatsoon.

(do as the second time usage if the bag is solid )

2.You can press the bag face to make the bag flat and the heat canspread easily

3.put the bag on the face where you need when its hot

Use as the second or more times

The bag shall turn cold after you make use of it for about 45minutes . You should heat it in the boiled water for 3 minutes withcotton cloth or towel enwrapped. You can use it again after It turnto liquid. Be care of scald. Of course , we can put it intomicrowave(in a container completely with water would be better),heating it at medium heat for 40 seconds.

2. The liquid should turn cool and you can use it according to thestep of the first use .
