We have adopted"SUS304-WPB", "SUS316-WPA" and"SUS631J1-WPC" as stainless steelmaterial.
These stainless steels havebeen defined by the JIS* as "stainless steel wire forsprings".

Chemicalcomposition
SUS304 is called "18-8 stainless steel", becauseit contains 18% Chromium and 8% Nickel.
SUS631 is also called "17-7 ph stainless steel",because of the same reason.

Heat& Surface treatment
Heat treatmentaiming at stress relief is carried out for SUS304and SUS316 stainless steels.
Age-hardeningis only carried out about SUS631.
Youcan select the passivationtreatment as a surfacetreatment.
