airpressure from the spinning puffs and othertools.
Thislets you grind and polish your source material moreeffectively.

We have completely reinvented the polishingprocess.
Our new process isto
1) grind off dentureburrs using a covered bar;
2) grind further using apaper cone or silicon point;
3) use the abrasive gritsold here on a brite wheel to further sand thesurface
-- wateris added to knead the grit into aslurry,
then a fewdrops of brite lotion are applied. Theresulting polishing grit
stays on the dentures evenwhen air is applied or the dentures areinclined.
The resultis more efficient polishing and a quickerturnaround.
4) Using our company''sultra-soft puff and bright whiteabrasive,
a finalbuffing is applied to achieve alustrous finish.
Thefinished item is then rinsed in water.
Theentire process of grinding and polishing takes less than 10minutes
