Product Process

Raw materials:               purchased must pass strict physical, chemical c   omposition of test,     after inspection only the qualified raw materials   can be used .
Heat knitted chain:    the heating system of the heating apparatus composed of a heating  transformer, the two heating heads and temperature control device .  Heating head when in use, both on the loading and unloading are  carried out alternately. after the conduction heating, short material  parts achieve the predetermined heating temperature, after heating time ,    raw material rod will conveyed to the flat chain model automatically,  when it encounter limit switch, knitted chain equipment will knitted  chain automatically.
Welded:    The welded use flash welding , it will from four directions to the  opening portion of chain ring and make electric conduction partly . when the temperature reaches a certain heat degree, turn up metal  solution surface , the pressure is applied on both welded junction  ends , so that both ends which have reached melting temperature  can be fused together .
Galvanized:    first step is self color roll light, use the plating method, the zinc layer    is formed on the surface of the chain , the zinc layer not only beautiful ,    but also preventing rusting .
