1. Our Aidite zirconia disks and blocks are madefrom the zirconia powder which is of superior quality.Our raw material includes high translucent and supertranslucent zirconia ceramic powder.
2.The methods used in making our products are compression moldingprocess and cold isostatic pressing process. After cold isostaticpressing, uniform and compact zirconia ceramic blocks areproduced, which are very homogenous, high-strength, haveexcellent biocompatibility and aesthetics.
3. The scaling factor of our Aidite zirconiadisks and blocks are stable, consistent, and accurate frombatch to batch.
Product Feature
1. Our Aidite zirconia disks and blockscan be machined for dental restorations by using OPEN CAD/CAMmilling system.
2. The product is compatible for implant abutment, and full-contourcrowns and bridges.
3. High translucent and super translucent zirconia areavailable.
Super translucent compatible zirconia with goodaesthetic effect is for full-contour crowns and bridges; lighttransmittance is higher than 40%.
High translucent zirconia is for commoncoping and bridge; light transmittance is higher than30%.
