ASP60C :
imported ultra high wear-resistant high-grade highcobalt powder steel, quenched:HRC70°±2°, with excellent wearresistance and impact resistance. Comparing with HSSEHSS-AL andHSSCo, it has 4~8 times lifetime, and can guarantee uniformity andconformity rate of machined products. It is often applied ingeneral equipment for machining various materials includingNiCrMoSiTi) that are hard to machine like highalloyheat-resistant alloycast iron of nickel-vanadium-titaniumalloystainless steel. It is excellent machining tool before heattreatment. It has excellent high temperature machining andcomprehensive performance, and allows higher cutting speed. Thehigher the hardness of machined materials, the more remarkable theeffect. Because its roughness is not so good, it is not suitablefor discontinuous cutting or for using under processing system ofinsufficient rigidity, otherwise, cutter will be hit or chippingwill happen.
VRA201:
