TOOL FABRICATION

Outstanding thermal properties and very high thermaloxidation resistance. It is ideal for secure mounting when usingtraditional non-ferrous metal sintering. Alternatively, thesynthetic single crystal diamond dressers can be brazed onto adresser body using an active braze alloy in a non-oxidisingenvironment.

Using PCD grinding techniques, the dressers can be shaped
in-situ to make cone, chisel and radiused shapes.

By the simpleexpedient of rotating the logs through 45o about theircentral axis, it is possible to expose the two-point direction withits potentially greater wear resistance. Thus, the toolmaker andend user are provided with a wide variety of options for bothmanufacture and use.

Comparatively regular square plates shape, straight edge, almost noimpurity, 2.5-4.5mm edge length, 1.0-1.2mm thickness, highstrength.

 

JSD21

 

Comparatively regular square plates shape, straight edge,containing a bit back spot or cracks but not too much, 2.5-4.5mmedge length, 1.0-1.2mm thickness, lower strength thanJSD11.

 

JSD13

 

Irregular plates shape, near square, not straight edge, almost noimpurity, good transparency, 2-4mm edge length, 1.0-1.2mmthickness., high strength.

 

JSD23

 

Irregular plates shape, near square, not straight edge, containinga bit back spot or cracks, good transparency, 2-4mm edge length,1.0-1.2mm thickness, lower strength than JSD13.
