1. SiliconCarbide Description:

 

♦ The black silicon carbide is of high hardness, brittleness.

♦ Chemical washed and water washed good cleanness.

♦ It has sharp knife-edge and friable character as well as good thermal conductivity and quick heat dissipation.

♦ Black silicon carbide is produced in an electric resistance furnace from quartz sand ,petroleum coke and anthracite at high temperature.
