| 1.check the size of clips is suitable for the diamater of steel wirerope, the inside net distance of U-bolt is larger thanthe rope''s diameter by 1-3mm. if too large, it is hardto fast rope. |
| 2.before using, pls tighten the U-bolt untill the rope is flattenedby about 1/3. Since rope will be deformed after stress, the clipsneed to be tightened again to ensure the safety of jointpoint. if you want to check wether the clips will slide or not, pls add another safety clip. |
| 3.the arranged distance between ropes should be 6-7 times of ropediameters. |
