The third, in heat treatment: Weuse the Controlled-atmosphere Automatic heat treatment Furnace, wealso have four mesh belt convey furnaces, Can deal with theproducts in different sizes keeping the non-oxidationsurface
3). The all process qualitycontrol:
The quality control isstrictly performed from buying raw materials in warehouse todifferent machining procession and to final packing. We haveMagnetic Powder Detector, Material Testing Machine, metallographic Microscope, such testing instruments,guarantee product high quality and beautiful appearance.
4). Our productioncapacity
Single bolts, every month canproduce 1.7 million bolts. Now we buy a Full Automatic Cool-forgingMachine. this greatly enhances our production capacity with morequality and more beautiful appearance.
