Glass wool belongs to a category of glass fiber,is a kind of man-made inorganic fibers , using quartzsand, limestone, dolomite and other natural as the main rawmaterial, with some soda, borax and other chemical raw materialsmelting into glass, in melting state, with the help of outsideforce blow type flocculent dumped into fine fibers, fibers andfibers interchange and intertwine, presenting many small gaps, thegaps can be seen as pores, therefore, glass wool can be regarded asporous materials, having a good thermal insulation, soundabsorption performance.
