4. EfficientOxidation Electrophoresis Workshop
Atpresent, Wanxiang Aluminium has a the domestically most advancedvertical oxidation line and two horizontal oxidation productionlines, among which, the company spend heavily to introduce fullyautomatic oxidation line from Japan with monthly output capacity of2800 tons. Equipped with crane control, the vertical and horizontaloxidation production lines not only largely improve the productionefficiency and product quality, but also reduce the workers'' laborintensity.
5. High-levelCoating Workshop
Now,Wanxiang has an industry-leading fully automatic vertical coatingline and two horizontal electrostatic powder coating linesintroduced from Netherlands. The production line adopts CNCautomatic spray gun to greatly improve the surface quality andpower layer uniformity. The annual output capacity of the coatingworkshop reaches more than 30000 tons.
