1. Customer to send the enquiry with brief/detailedrequirements.

2. CHL to provide the professional quotation with details tocustomers based on customer''s request.

3. Customers to confirm the price, delivery time, artwork, paymentterms and etc.

4. CHL to send the pro-forma invoice to customers for paymentpurpose.

5. Customer to arrange the sample & printing mold cost ordeposit to CHL.

6. CHL to produce the pre-production sample as per customer’sspecific requirements.

7. CHL to provide the photos of pre-production sample or send thereal samples for approval.

8. Customers to confirm the pre-production samples.

9. CHL to start the mass production after getting customer’sapproval for pre-production sample.

10. CHL to send the photos of mass production and mass products tocustomer for reference.

11. Customers to conduct the QC inspection before goods delivery toforwarder’s warehouse.

12. Customer to arrange the balance to CHL if inspection result iswithin the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level).

13. CHL to arrange the goods delivery and book the shipping spacewith forwarder.

14. Forwarder to arrange the Customs clearance in China and load tovessel.
