1.Acrylic mdf board




1)Back of the MDF board: warm white or pure melamine, easy to clean, can with or without logo according to customers` requires.




2)PUR glue:  "PUR" glue which never be unstuck and is appointed by the Astronautics Department to adhee the base boad MDF.




3)Construction: Polymer composite board in fact is the combination of PVC, PET and Acrylic.




4)Theory: Polymer composite board is the upgrade of UR, so it keeps the advantages of UV, but eliminate the defects of "UV", such as the orange peel, raw edge hardness is over 3H, improved on yellow resistance, resistance to impact,  antiflaming, resistance to dirt and abrasion such kind of merits.




 2.ProductFeatures:




1) High glossy surface, mirrorhighlights effect is obvious, the base without folds.

 

2)Weathering resistance: panelcoated high concentrations of ultraviolet absorption, can thelong-term weathering resistance, never fade.

We produce the acrylic sheet and press the acrylic sheet on mdf panel.


The face of acrylic sheet is smooth, without orange skin,  no wave, high gloss.


The middle is MDF panel. 750 to 800 KGS/M3


Back side: melamine paper, pure white color


There is film on the face mdf acrylic mdf panel.


Acrylic MDF board takes MDF as base board. The face is acrylic sheet. Absolutely smooth face and brightness colors.
