| Dome | This toplayer of the Dome Label consists of a polyurethane that is poured,as a liquid, over the ink, onto thematerial. The Dome takes a period of time to cure to the materialand harden into a crystal clearprotective coating that gives your decal the high-end lookcustomer’s notice. |
| Ink&Color | Dome Labelsand Decals are silkscreen printed, or offset UV printed for6colors and 8colors. We "build"your spot colors and Pantone® colors from CMYK, therefore there isno additional charge! Whenrequesting pms matches, request a sample proof to verify colormatch. |
| Material | Our mostcommon Dome Label and Decal material is our 2mil shiny silverchrome material. We alsooffer 2mil brushed silver and 2mil white through our onlinequoter. We havea variety of other materials available on a special orderbasis. Pleasecontact us with any special project needs you may have. |
| Adhesive | Most domesticker and decal materials come with a 2 or 4mil acrylic or3M permanent adhesive. Versatileand general purpose, it has excellent adhesion to a wide range ofsurfaces including metals and most ABSplastics. Excellent initial tack. Minimum application temp is 60ºF;service range is -40º to 180ºF. Contact uswith any special adhesive needs. |
| Liner | The linerholds your dome decal flat and protects the adhesive until it isready for use. Most DomeLabels ship flat on a coated paper liner or clear poly liner. Ifyou have special requirements such as a specificliner, domes supplied on rolls or domes that have a built in curveto be applied to rounded surfaces, please contact us. |
