Description:
We are leading manufacturer of herbs & spices, Fennel.Specific spices are known to be cultivated in different areas.
This is a very minor spice in terms of volume of production aswell as in terms of its usage, both in India as well as inInternational markets. At Morarka Organic some farmers in southRajasthan project areas and some in the Maharashtra project areasare cultivating this spice in reasonable quantities. Thetraditional varieties have very fine grain and most of theconsumption is in whole grain form. In recent years some hybridvarieties having very bold grains are also cultivated due to itsgood appearance, but when used in whole form, it imparts a bittertaste, and thus is not very popular.
