Japan, Premium Organic Green Tea also known as Steamed Green Tea.This Premium Organic Sencha is our highest graded organic senchaharvested in Nagata Chaen (Nagata Tea Garden).The leaves used are the 1st harvest tea leaves.
Usually the 1st harvest tea leaves are used for Gyokuro or Matcha,therefore this organic sencha is made of the highest of the highgrade of all Sencha.
The first harvest sencha developes a perfect balance of sweetnessand astringency that is different from regular sencha.
It is called "Steamed Green Tea" because tea leaves are firststeamed and further processed with hot-air drying.

Use 2 teaspoons per 16 to 24 oz pot.
Hint: Increase water temperature higher to enjoy an earthy aromaand more astringincy, while a lower temp will produce an sweeter,fuller-bodied cup.
