Our matcha products aregraded into 5 grades, numbered MT01-MT05. MT01 is the bottomgrade, and MT05 is the top grade.The higher grade one is better than thelower grade one in the following aspects:1, Color. The higher grade one is more greenin color than the lower grade one. e.g. MT05 is moregreen than MT04, MT 03 is more green than MT02, and so forth.2, Aroma. The higher grade one hold a better aroma thanthe lower grade one.3, Taste. The higher grade one is more tender than the lowdergrade one in taste. in contrast, the lower grade one is strongerthan the higher grade one in taste.4, healthy-concerned compound. Normally, the higher grade oneshold more healthy-concerned compound in qty than the lowder gradeones, such as amino acids, vitamin etc.
