White Peony also called "Paimutan"belongs to thecategory of White Tea. In the process of withering, it has obtainedits special quality like twoeaves holding one bud, natural shape with lightgreen color.The whole leafsheet is fat and tender like ripples. The back of leaf is covered with fine silvery hairs. Theedge of leaf slightly curls to the back. The leaf with soft redvein linking tohe bud, aftersoaked into the water , it appears like a blossomy peony, and it isso called White Peony.
