 composition: 85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet.
Developing 14 months in American and French oakbarrels.The color iscrimson purple, clean and clear, with a mediumfull body.
Soft and generous with the aroma and taste of cherries and berries,accompaniedwith traces of seasoning herbs and bitter chocolate, anda long, rich suffix ofoak and spices. High acidity and chunkytannins make this a country-style wine.

The winery is located in a roofed structure which includes all thelatest wine technology to carry out the processes of pressing,fermentation and aging in French oak wood barrels.
 The wine remains in the barrels for 10-18months, allowing thewine time to soften and mature.  This is the time that thewine develops its character, aroma and uniqueness.  Every fewweeks the wine is checked and tasted until the wine tasting teamdecides it is time to drink.
