Nose: fresh, complex, rich with scent ofbanana, green apple and white flowers. Interesting ripe chardonnaygrape aroma. 
Palate: fine, velvety, harmonic, medium tofull bodied and very well-balanced with a special great richfinish. Smoothly with delightful taste of ripe grapes and smallwhite fruits, Innuce is amazing for the affinitynose-palate. 
Serving temperature: 8 - 10 ° C.

General Information:

Innuce is produced in the Cascina Rossa vineyard in Monferratoarea, on the left side of Belbo river, at 190 m. above sea level.Cascina Rossa spreads on 9 ha. The vineyard is 16 years old, withabout 4000 plants per hectare and the growing system is a Guyottraditional system. The soil is calcareous and clayey. After theharvest, the grapes are fermented in new barrique and finished inthe same oak for 9 months.
