Applications
This series of capacitors has been designed for A.C. applications,where reduced dimensions high reliability and lower costs arerequired. In general they are used for the followingapplications.
Running capacitors for single phase motors. · Running capacitorsfor three phase motors working as single phase. · Power factorcorrection of small loads.
Construction
The capacitors are housed in plastic casing withplastic upper decks. The material used to fill and fix thecapacitor the can is a thermosetting resin having high stability athigh temperatures. The capacitors can be supplied with or withoutmounting stud, with double terminals 6.3 mm, or a two core cable ortwo single core cables. The capacitors having cables are alsofilled and sealed with thermosetting resin, with or without plasticupper decks.
Protection grade
1P 00 for types with terminal
1P 55 for types with cable
