give out heating stable and quickly
PTC Heating element for hair culer is a kind of newsurface-insulated . It is called all-purpose PTC heater byfixing two metal electodes with two leads on both side of generalPTC element.
metal electrode having assemblied a pair of belt fuse intwo flanks side of average PTC component, Yellow insulative film, Structure are still simple in the metal electrode outwardappearance on envelop.
The simple-structure heater gives out constant-temperature heatand does not need any additional temperature applications.
The high insulation-intension heater has manyadvantage as follow:
1. simple structure heater gives outconstant-temperature heat and not need any additional temperatureapplications.
2. safety
3. give out heat continuously and keepstady power
4. It is used in a large rangeof voltage
5. longer service time
6. Higher reliability
7. dimension is nimble various, may need according tocustomer reality book make various type specifications.
The PTC Heating element is used for hair permanentclamp , hair curler, face sauna, heat preservation plate, electricmosquito killer, physical therapy apparatus, hot melt glue gun
