Introduction to integrated shunt capacitor
Integrated shunt capacitor is used in thealternating-current electric power system with rated voltages of6kV/10kV/35kV (50Hz or 60Hz) for raising power factor, improvingpower network quality, reducing circuit loss and bringing thetransmission and transformation equipments/'' efficiency into fullplay. Performances should conform to JB7112-2000 integrated shuntcapacitor and DL/T628-1997 integrated shunt capacitor orderingrequirements.
Operating condition
1. It should be no more than 1000 meters above sea level and thenormal temperature should be between -40 to 40.
2. Avoid extreme mechanical vibrations, hazardous gas, steam,conductive or explosive dust.
3.Capacitance differential of each series connected group andsection should not more than 0.5%, ratio between MAX and MINcapacitance of each wiring terminal in three phase set should notexceed 1.02. Capacitance differential should not exceed 5/-0 % ofthe rated.
4. Continuous operation voltage is 1.0Un and maximal voltage is nomore than 1.1Un.
5. Stable current including harmonic current is no more than1.43In.
6. Maximal capacitance is no more than 1.35Qn.
