DT series NTC thermistor is the newestdevelopment in die(bare )chip NTC thermistors. The miniaturepackage is designed for hybrid applications where bonding wire orAu/Sn solder is used as the attachment method. The terminations onthe top and bottom of the thermistor are gold (Au) plated for theultimate in hybrid designs and construction.
