As soon as we confirm that the damage is notcaused by manual operation fault, we will deliver the new parts toyou by air in 3 days for replacement. 2 Before deliveryWe will testthe display, and keep it light up for 48- 72 hours, and check allthe parts of the display to confirm it is Ok for delivery. We willrun special tests to see the colour of display, the intensity,brightness, lumen, kit, and we will allow you to send your engineerto our factory for inspection, and quality control duringproduction and before delivery, we will arrange the delivery afteryou confirmed the quality of the display is according to yourstandard.
3 After sale If you haveany questions about your product, you can ask by mail or call, andwe will reply you in 2 hours when you get your E-mail or call, andoffer as a perfect solution for your problem. If we have a problemto resolve the issue we will dispatch an engineer to yourdestination.
4 Ifproblem is very difficult to overcome, we would send our engineerto guide the installation for you, or repair. The relevant costshould be paid by your esteemed company such as visa, hotel, food,plane ticket for back and forth, and also your esteemed companyshould pay our staff (from your engineer''s departure fromShenzhen) . We would arrange help to our staff visa. If the reasonwhy the screen is not working properly would be your fault youwould fully reimburse us and our company according to industrystandard.
