2 Before delivery
We will test the display, and keep it light up for 48- 72 hours,and check all the parts of the display to confirm it is Ok fordelivery. We will run special tests to see the colour of display,the intensity, brightness, lumen, kit, and we will allow you tosend your engineer to our factory for inspection, and qualitycontrol during production and before delivery, we will arrange thedelivery after you confirmed the quality of the display isaccording to your standard.
3 After sale
If you have any questions about your product, you can ask by mailor call, and we will reply you in 2 hours when you get your E-mailor call, and offer as a perfect solution for your problem. If wehave a problem to resolve the issue we will dispatch an engineer toyour destination.
4 If problem is very difficult to overcome, we would send ourengineer to guide the installation for you, or repair. The relevantcost should be paid by your esteemed company such as visa, hotel,food, plane ticket for back and forth, and also your esteemedcompany should pay our staff (from your engineer''s departure fromShenzhen) . We would arrange help to our staff visa. If the reasonwhy the screen is not working properly would be your fault youwould fully reimburse us and our company according to industrystandard.
