Durostone is a heavy-dutyglass fiber reinforced plastic which offers extreme strength andexcellent electrical, thermal and chemical properties. Durostone ismanufactured by using Polyester, Vinylester, Epoxid- and modifiedEpoxy resins combined with glass fibers.
It can keep it''s mechanicalstrength, smoothness and original color when continuously usedunder the temperature of 280°c (max. working temperature below 385degree 10~20sec). It’s applicable in ROHS applicance productionline under high temperature continuously.
In addition, durostone havethe advantage of easily machining, high intensity and can be easilymachining into special mechanical parts.

Application
Durostone is suitable to wavesoldering and SMT process. It can achieve the precision requiredduring the SMT machining process, and maintain its flatness in thereflow soldering cycle. The low thermal conductivity of thedurostone prevents heat-shrinkage of the bas board, to ensure thequality of reflow process
