Thiscompany has a parent company named Tavan Rah Sanat (TRS)Co., which itself is one of the largest and very establishedcam switch makers with its brand of <TRS> in Iran and the Middle East,with over 25 years of activity in the Low Voltageindustry.
Our mainproducts are bimetal contact rivets, solid silver contact rivets,contact components, and various kinds of solid rivets made fromcopper/brass/aluminum. Our customers in Iran include thelargest home (wall) switch makers, cam switch makers, switch makersactive in production of various devices used in automobiles, andmany other smaller segments of industry. We also export ourproducts (mostly bimetal rivets) to cam switch and contactormanufactures to Europe and the Middle East.

The silveralloys used in our bimetal rivet production include AgCdO, AgNi,AgSnO2, AgCu produced by either Powder metallurgy (PM) or InternalOxidation (IO), with different percentage of alloy compositions(mostly 10% to 12%) per customer choosing. Our productiontechnology is cold heading, and our annual production volume forbimetal contact rivets alone is 250 million to 500 millionpieces.

SIZE:Wecan manufacture almost any kind of bimetal electrical contact rivetwith any size specifications. Our regular defined sizes are perfollows:
· Head Diameter:2.5 mm to 12.0 mm
· ShankDiameter: 1.2 mm to 4.0 mm
MATERIAL: One of our core strategies is to produce the best quality rawmaterials for our products. This strategy has proved to be awin-win situation, as it makes our manufacturing process easier,and also ensures a higher quality product for the end user. Our rawmaterials are per follows:
· base Material:Cu (C11000 grade) especially produced for electrical contacts withpurity of 99.99% and above.
· ContactMaterial: AgCdO 10, AgCdO 12, AgNi 10, AgSnO2 10, produced viaInternal Oxidation (IO) or Powder metallurgy (PM), per customerchoosing.
TOLERANCE:Wecan close the tolerances of all dimensions as close as customerspecifications. The general defined tolerances are perfollows:
