Materials:
imported 0.1, 0.23, 0.27, 0.35 cold rolledgrain-oriented electrical steel from Japan.
Structuralfeatures:
The iron core is wound with high magnetic flux, coldrolled Si-steel strip, which is vacuum annealed or continuouslyannealed in tunnel furnace under the protection of inert gas,dipped and dries in epoxy insulation varnish with low stress andhigh viscosity, and at last effectively elimilates the residualmagnetism and raise magnetic saturation by cutting air gap withgrinding wheel or linear cutting. The air gap can be custom-madewith a minimum size of 0.2mm.
