ProductIntroduction
Our company provides CN-YJZWGG4 series rigid dry outdoorterminal is widely used for outdoor high-voltage overhead lines andcable connections with antifouling grade of grade IV. They arecomposed of terminal, stress cone, rigid casting bushing, and tailtube. We use imported liquid silicone rubber injection rubbermolding to make stress cone, using spring cone prop positioninstalling structure which has long-term stability of lasting holdpower and electric field uniform ability. Rigid casting bushingsusing skirt structure with epoxy fiberglass insulation tubes coatedwith silicone rubber. the overall is conical with good antifoulingflash, weather resistance, anti-leakage marks, anti-erosion andwater repellent ability. There is no need to fill SF6 gas andinsulating oil makes it more secure and reliable. This product iscompact with light weight and small size, not only have thesilicone dry terminal compact, explosion-proof performance, butalso have porcelain bushing and composite bushing of rigid supportfunctions. It is easy to install, effectively ensure the long-termsafe operation of the product. Our product is using multiplesealing structure which can effectively prevent the leakage ofwater immersion and insulating oil. All of the seals are usingimported NBR or silicon rubber material. All of the fastenerraw-material are stainless steel with good waterproof sealperformance.
This outdoor terminal is the only bushing with advantages ofexplosion-proof, rigid, dry, oil and gas free, it is the firstchoice of the majority of electricity users.
The voltage level of the cable supporting section is asfollows:
48/66kV~56/77kV 150~1400mm²;
64/110kV~76/138kV 240~1600mm²;
127/220kV~290/500kV 400~3000mm²;
Rigid dry casting bushing of the outdoor terminal has not onlyall the advantages of Composite casting bushing, but also thefollowing superior performance:
Oil-free: using dry structure, oil and gas-free.
Easy installation: because bushing comes with a high-voltageshielding tube, when deal with the cable there is no need to do afire processing for most cable insulation, greatly reduced laborcost.
