Application
It is a kind of specially usedinsulating material for shipyard cable, motor & electricaloutlet cable, heat-resistant connection cable of electricapparatus, etc. under 1 KV. It can be used for long time under thetemperature at -40oC-90oC. The material ishighly flexible, easily blending and moving. So the cable can beeasily installed and laid. The color is white or according tocustomers requirements.
Processingcondition
1. Ordinary rubber extruder is available, CV production line isrecommended.
2. Compression ratio : 1;1.1-1.5:1;
3. LD ratio : 6:1-16:1;
4. Temperature : 60-80oC;
5. Recommended temperature inside curing pipe :180-200oC.
Package &Storage
In 25 KG carbon box with PEinside or according to the customers requirements. The materialshould be stored at clean, dry, shade and draughtyplace.
