Productfeatures of XHDC Porcelain Shells:

They are used for the alternate currentelectrical power system of working voltages between 35kv and 500kv.Its products have two types, i. e. Popular type and the dirtbearing type.
The ambient temperature the productuses is between -40 and 40 degree centigrade.
The intrinsic and the outwardappearance quality of the porcelain casing conforms to thestipulation of GB772-87, the technical condition of component ofhigh-voltage electric porcelain. The mechanical failure load meetsthe requirements of the mechanical load of use on thespot.
The porcelain casing consists ofporcelain articles and two metal accessories on the end, stucktogether with thermo-stable binding glue. The end part of theporcelain article is used as the structure of granulated substance,a buffer layer is put on for the purpose of preventing looseningfrom the end, so the mechanical strength is guaranteed.
The surface of the porcelain articleis brushed with a brown glaze.
