Transparent conductive film (TCF) on the solar cell is usedprimarily as a battery of transparent electrode, some can also beat the same time as a reflective film. Different electrical, optical, and structure of the transparent conductive film isdifferent, also the photoelectric characteristics of solar cellsand output characteristics (such as battery internal and externalquantum efficiency, short circuit current and open circuit voltageand fill factor, etc.) have different impact. Generally, at therequest of the solar cells on the transparent conductive film iscarrier concentration is high, the large band gap width, photoelectric properties, good chemical stability, low resistivity, high mechanical strength, excellent wear resistance and soon.
ITOthin film is a kind of semiconductor transparent film, it is indiumtin oxide (indium tin ox ide) is the abbreviation of English names. Some scholars will indium oxide series (In2O 22 sno 2) is alsocalled the ITO thin film. As a transparent conductive electrode forITO thin film has the good transparency and electricalconductivity. So, this kind of materials forbidden band width isgenerally greater than 3 E g eV, the doping component to deviatefrom the stoichiometric ratio. Preparation of ITO thin filmevaporation, sputtering, ion plating, chemical vapor deposition, spray pyrolysis, etc., but the most used is reactive magnetronsputtering method [1, 2]. Compared with the other transparentconductive film, ITO thin film has good chemical stability, thermalstability and good graphics processing features.
