ProductIntroduction
Our company produces CN-YJZWRG two main soft dry outdoorterminals CN-YJZWRG3 and CN-YJZWRG4, which are widely used foroutdoor high-voltage overhead lines and cable connections withantifouling grade of grade III, and grade IV. They are composed ofterminal, main body of all prefabricated soft siliconerubber(stress cone included), and tailtube. The main body of prefabricated soft silicone rubber is usingimported liquid silicone rubber injection rubber molding soft drystructure, which has long-term stability of lasting hold power andelectric field uniform ability. The overall shape of casting isconical structure of the flow line with good antifouling flash,weather resistance, anti-leakage marks, anti-erosion and waterrepellent ability. There’s no need to fill insulating gas or oil,effectively ensure the long-term safe operation of the product. Ourproduct is using multiple sealing structure which can effectivelyprevent the leakage of water immersion and insulating oil. All ofthe seals are using imported NBR or silicon rubber material. All ofthe fastener raw-material are stainless steel with good waterproofseal performance.
However, due to the lack of sufficient rigidity, should not beinstalled in wind areas.
The voltage level of the cable supporting section is asfollows:
48/66kV~56/77kV 150~1400mm²;
64/110kV~76/138kV 240~1600mm²;
Soft dry outdoor terminal not only has all the advantages ofrigid dry outdoor terminal, but also have the following superiorperformance:
Lighter in weight, the whole weight of main body of allprefabricated soft silicone rubber is less than 30kg.
Easy installation, due to the lighter in weight, itcan be installed on the ground and then lifted into place. There’sno need to build aerial installation platform, greatly reducing thelabor.
Products are particularly suitable for indoor installation, thebest choice for indoor termination.
