The Brief Introduction of an Arrester Disconnector

   Every polymeric housed lightning arrester andporcelain housed lightning arrester can put up the disconnector.The disconnector is equipped with the insulation base. The top boltof disconnector is directly connected with the bottom of lightningarrester, the below bolt is connected with ground lead.  

   The disconnector shall break away automatically atthe fault current while the lightning arrester failure under theabnormal conditions and the failed lightning arrester will beseparated. 

   Note: The last L in the designation means thedisconnector. Such as YH10W-24L means that the disconnector has beequipped in the lightning arrester of YH10W-24. If the disconnectorisnt equipped, the L no appears.
