When the magnetic object approaches, the reed closesand sends out switch signal through magnification. Compared withinductive sensor. it has the following strongpoints: can beinstalled in metal closely and side by side and detect throughmetal object. Its detection distance subjects to the intensity ofmagnetic field of detected object. Reed sensor is not applicable inthe occasion of severe vibration.
