3.Operation Instruction
a. When Part A and Part B mixed , thereaction begins and the viscosity gets denser and denser. So pleasemake sure to use up during pot life time .or it will effect theproperty performance .
b. Unspent Part A and Part B should be keptseparately , to avoid deterioration , other materials should not bemixed into it .
c. It should stir sufficiently when part Aand part B mixed to avoid gelling slowly and property surfacefriable .Suggest stir for 3-5 mins.
d. Please bake it duly after injection toavoid water absorption at surface .
e. Part A should have pre-heating beforemixed with part B to lower viscosity and make it easily mixedsufficiently and defoam bubbles. We suggest temperature at75±5.
f. Part B components are acidanhydride, it is easily to absorb water from air , then appearsediment , to avoid deterioration, please keep container sealed.
g. Pay attention to the pot life time , when part A andpart B mixed , please try to use up during pot life stated above ,or it will effect the application techniques and quality of theproducts.
h. Weight should be done accurately. Or it will effectthe property performance.
4. Operation procedure
a, Part A pre-heating forone hour at temperature 60 baker
b. Part A and part B mixed by weight 100:100 ratio ,then stir for 3min-5min
c. Mixture defoam 20 minutes in vacuum chamber, wesuggest prolong 15 minutes after seeing bubblesbroken.
d. Encapsulation to reflected cover , then defoaming invacuum chamber for 15mins ( time according to the structure ofparts)
5. Safety Attentions
This product does not belong to dangerous article whencuring completely. But incompletely cured epoxy resin and hardenerhave more or less plethora to human body .So please pay attentionto following points
a. Keep working conditionclean, air fresh , if possible , provide a ventilator
b. Avoid contactwith human body directly
c. Weargloves
d. Wash handscarefully with soap , if possible wash with acetone and alcoholfirst , then soap and water
e. If contacts withhardener , to cause skin allergic, Please dip it in 1% diluteacetum liquid for 30 minutes , then seek medicaltreatment
f. If eyecontacted , please wash with running water for 15 minutes , thenseek medical treatment
