Description:

HVA series piezo driver is integrated piezo drivers with singlechannel, and can drive piezo chip, stack piezo, open-loop actuatorswith casings, open-loop nanopositioning stages and other piezoactuators. It can provide high stability and high resolutionvoltage, and has excellent frequency response. There are multiplecontrol ways to meet low voltage and open-loop applications.
