HIGH-TEMPERATURE HEATING ELEMENTS
Our ceramic heatingelements consist of Al2O3 insulation ceramics with an integratedMo-Mn conductor, and reach a permanent operation temperature ofbetween 900°C and 1100°C.
They are deployed in thefollowing areas
1.Heatingapplications above 750°C, in which standard heating cartridgeswould have long since failed.
2.Very precise, rapid heating due to the extremely low thermal mass
3.Efficient hot gasgeneration through the extremely large heat transfer surfacearea.
Concreteapplications:
-Hotsurface igniters(ignition of gas, oil , biomass,pellets)
-Hotair generation
-Tool heating
-Melting/Welting/Soldering/Hotair soldering
-Heaters for chemical analysisand laboratory equipment(eg:min-furnaces, reactors)
-Customer-specific heatingsolutions

-Lifetime up to 100, 000heating cycles, depending on operating conditions -Oxidation andcorrosion-resistant
-Ignition through airheating: Due to extremely high heater temperature and idealgeometric conditions, air is heated in a very short time to veryhigh temperatures – the ideal ignition blower!
-Igniting wood chips, firewood, coal bricks or other biomass (corn, etc.) ispossible. |
Ceramic Igniters ForSolid Fuel Furnaces
Our specialapplication area for the high-temperature heaters is in heatingsystems that use solid fuels such as wood pellets as the energysource. The challenge here is to ignite the biomass in a very shorttime while retaining very low emission values .This can only beachieved with a sufficiently high ignition temperature.
Our short surfaceigniters are perfectly suited for this purpose. The special geometryof the cylindrical ceramic heaters, in conbination with anextremely high surface temperature of 1000°C, heats up the supplyair in the shortest possible time to an extremely hightemperature. After a maximum of 90 seconds, the fuel is ignited witha fraction of the energy that is required for a hot aire ofignition blower. This works, of course, not only with pellets, butalso with wood chips, firewood, coal bricks or other solid fuelsmade of biomass.Further product advantages:
1.Ready assembled,easy-to-install systems
2.Space-saving,noiseless and impervious to overheating (in case the blowerfails)
3.Extremelylong-lasting and resilient
4.Minimal energyconsumption
5.Completelyelectrically insulated
6.No exposedelectrical contacts
7.No sensitivewelding points
Ceramic hotsurface igniters for pellet boilers needonly approx. 1/10 of theenergy of that needed by hot air fans and ignitionblowers. Their ignition capacity lies between 120 and 200 Watt.Depending on the positioning of the ignition element in the boiler, the ignition time of approx. 60 seconds is extremely short. Thisalso means minimal emissions!
Not without reason, the high temperature heating elements pellet igniter is thereliable standard ignition system for pellet heating systems inEurope-hundreds of satisfied customers speak forthemselves.
MOREDETAI
ProductionTechnology----High Temperature Co Fired Ceramics(HTCC)
HTCCis an acronym for High-temperature co-fired ceramics; HTCC ceramicheating element is made up of high melting point metal heatingmaterial such as tungsten, molybdenum or molybdenum – manganese and92-96% alumina ceramic substrates. The metal heatingresistance slurry is printed onto the tape casting ceramic greenbody according to the design requirement, several layers of ceramicgreen body are then laminated together and is fired at 1500 ~ 1600°C high temperature, with the aid of 4-8% sinteringadditive, to form the alumina ceramic heating element.
