1)verify that RFBB3 has beencharged completely.
2)check if USB charging cableis connected with powerbank.
3)check you the digitaldevice is installed the battery .
(Some digital device can not workif not installed battery)
4)check whether your digitaldevice is designed with charging input voltage limited
circuit, if so , RFBB3 maybe cannot charge and power for the device.
5) RFBB3 use replacementcell design.so when put the cell into powerbank, plz confirmpositive and negative of cell are not reversed.
