1.      Advanced constant current (CC)and constant voltage (CV) for charging:

We use the technology of CPUcontroling and PWM, so that we can control charging current andoutput voltage of the charger. In this case, we can make sure thatthe battery can be fully charged and avoid overcharging.

3. The usage ofproduct

3.1   Please check the output plug ofcharger, and make sure that the plug is insertedcorrectly.

3.2   Please connect the output plugof charger to the interface of the cells of battery beforechargring. Then connect the power plug of the charger to interiorpower source.

3.3   The charger charges by using CC,CV intelligent charging way. After fully charged, the charger turnsoff automaticlly. Please firstly disconnect DC plug, thendisconnect AC plug.

3.4   Please make sure to disconnectAC plug of the charger when it is no charging or fullycharged.

3.5   The instruction of charger`sindicator light

3.5.1         When charging, if the indicator light turns red, it meansnormal charging. If the light turns green, it means full charge.Then you can use the battery.

3.5.2         The charger works when connecting with the battery which islack of power..

The first time for charing should be 24h..When the charging LED turns to green, that means the batteryhas been fully charged. After that, charging extra 30 minutes willbalance each cell.

4.      Operation, Maintenanceand Attention

4.1   There are high voltage anddanger of the charger. Please contact us if in the event of thefailure. Do not open the charger by user and non-professionalservicing of our company.

4.2   To avoid damp environment, anddo not use this charger in wet place.

4.3   Do not use this charger in theplace where near the heat source or direct sunlight.

4.4   It should be in a clean andventilated place when charging.

4.5   Do not cover the airoutlet.Please keep a 10-metre distance from the airoutlet.

4.6   Do not cover the charger.Keep itfar away from the children.

4.7   Please in a place where is goodfor radiating when charging. Do not use it in the wet , hightemperature, inflammable and flammable condition.

4.8   Do not carry this charger withyour vehicle, or it may be broken.

4.9   Please read the instructioncarefully before using this charger. We are not responsible for theincorrect operations.

6.Battery capacity and charging current

Lead acid battery`s normal charging current is 1/6 ofbattery capacity(for example:the 30Ah Lead acid battery, thecharging current is5A, the 60Ah Lead acid battery, the chargingcurrent is 10A).

Lithium ion battery`s normal charging currentis 1/4 of battery capacity(for example:the 40Ah Lithium ionbattery, the charging current is 10A, the 60Ah Lithium ion battery,the charging current is15A).

If you want to speed up charging, you can enlarge thecharging current appropriately but it can not reach 2.5 timesstronger than normal one.Otherwise, the largedischarging current will shorten the battery life!

Note: the battery capacity is greater than the recommendedvalue will not damage the battery, will only prolong the batterycharge.
