Edge coating
Technology:
Type A:
1. cut and polish the wood ,HDF or MDF board
2. worker will use computer to carve MDF design depend on client’s requirement.
3. the solid wood to complete the entire construction, and 80percent China bar will
be filled. Or all wood or honeycomb
4. polish the surface, make sure the enough plain
5. use the bolts to strengthen the door
6. press the door with pressing machine about 2 hours,and make sure the door
enough strong.
7. worker will wash the door preparing for veneering PVC skin
8. the door will be inspected by checkers. If problem, door will be done again.
9. veneer PVC skin with veneering machine
10. Packing
Standard specification: three hinges and handle and lock set.
Size: any size is ok, we can produce as your size.
