1. Production
mold solid wood fiber directly to raised door skins, one timepressed. Most door skins are twice pressed, first molded solid woodfiber to MDF, then pressed to raised panel design.Compared withtwice pressed door skins, our door skin has two advantages:
a. density is very high, 950-1050kgs/m3. Thedensity of twice pressed door skins is 880kgs/m3.
b. door panel depth is 12mm. while twicepressed door panel depth is 8-9mm, not natural and beautiful.
