Insulated Glass is a multi-glass combination consisting of 2 ormore panels Enclosing a hermetically-sealed air spacer filled with moleculeabsorbent. Agglutinated with a high intension hermetic glue on theboundary. The middle layer of glass keep the air dry andfilled with inert gas at the same time intensify, further improvethe noise insulating glass, insulation properties.
Productfeatures:
1> Thermal performance: Lower U-value (heat conductivity) effectcan be enhanced by filling Argon in the air spacer. The building,which used insulated glass, will take the effect of warm in winterand cold in summer. It save the energy fee about20%-40%.
2> Optical Performance: Flexible to select various lighttransmittance & solar reflection rate as per theneeds.
3> Sound Insulation: General IGU can reduce 30db, if IGU fillingwith Argon another 5db can be reduced.
4> Dew point resistance: Less than -65 centigrade, better than Chinese NationalStandard of -40centigrade for IGU dew point.
5> Sealing: Aluminum frame is formed at one time, but sealant& structural sealant or polysulfide sealant double sealingensures a good sealing of IGU.
