The onsite Inspection services (OI) is designedto solve the obstacles in long distance travel to China , languageand culture difference when you order digital camera. Thereare 3 type OI services:
(1) Factory Ability Inspection(FAI) is to perform a comprehensive check of your productmanufacturer/suppliers'' ability, including acreage, staffqualification, machinery, production process & capacity,quality control system, medical & fire emergency facilities,etc. based on the factory audit report, you could be ensured if thefactory meets your requirement. If you need to take a sample, wewill take it and ship to you.
(2) Final Random Inspection (FRI)is the detailed inspection of goods when at least 80% of the goodsordered are export packed. Using well-proven international standard(MIL-STD-105E) with predefined inspection level (default level II)and AQL (default 0/2.5/4.0)*; we randomly pick up the samples,check product quality to ensure that the production is inaccordance with the specifications, purchase orders or letters ofcredit. If you need to take a tested sample, we will take it andship to you. Please notice we can''t do the FRI for someproducts.
(3) Ship Loading Inspection (SLI)is to ensure that the products are actually those being shippedwith respect to quantity, quality, trademark, markings, etc. Thecontainers are inspected for suitability and cleanliness and alsothat the products are proper packed and loaded into the container.If you need to take a sample random pickup from the shipping, wewill take it and ship to you.
