1. Why would I use Personal Shopper?
You can use our Personal Shopper service whenever you encounterone of these challenges:

2. How does it work?
From your ETO account, you follow a simple step-by-step processto place an order request in " PS/IV/OI/SS/OF "menu. Please make sure that your account have enough deposit beforeplacing order, you can send money by Credit card or Wire Transferto your account for deposit if need.
(1) Find the goods by yourself
First, You can use Google free online translation service fromChinese to your language: , or click to visit theEnglish-translated , , , etc. , then you can choose the rightproduct online.
Second, use our PS service, just tell us the URL that you wantto buy, and then we do the rest.
(2) We find the goods for you
You just need to tell us what you want to buy, the productspecification detail and target price, we will do the rest.
(3) We shop for you
After you submit your request, one of our Personal Shopperexperts completes the purchase. We will contact the seller, paythem RMB and ask them ship the goods to us (You or supplier pay thedomestic shipping cost), and we check the goods, if ok, then paythem; if don''t ok, ask refund or replacement. Your ETO account isbilled for the actual cost of the purchase plus a Personal Shopperservice fee.
(4) The goods arrive and ship to your door
once the merchandise arrives at our distribution center, it willappear in your Inbox and be available for shipment to you as usualpackage.
PS Service Fee:
* Premium Membership: US$6 per case, plus 5% of the totalorder
* Basic Membership: US$12 per case, plus 8% of the totalorder
If you need us to inquiry and negotiate the price to yoursupplier, then the extra service fee:
* Premium Membership: $5 per supplier
* Basic Membership: $8 per supplier
Please notice that we use as credit cardpayment gateway, it charge US$0.30 3.9% service fee, so you shouldpay for this cost using our PS services. Werecommend you use PayPal Mass Pay orMoneyBookers Mass Pay that the transaction fee isa cap of $1.00 or $0.73..
And we use website''s "Buying Rate" for RMB Yuan to US Dollar orother foreign currency.
