4.The Seller shall not withholdits consent to the Buyer’s choice of the inspection institutewithout reasonable grounds. For any issue related to the products’quantity/weight, the Buyer must file a claim to the Seller within30 calendar days after the products arrive at the destinationport.
5.Notwithstanding the foregoingprovisions, if any non-conformity of the products with this Orderis due to the responsibility of the insurance company or shippingor transportationcompany, the Buyer shall file a claim to the insurance company,shipping or transportation company, and the Seller shall not bearsuch liability.
